Eligibility Non-Lucrative
The Non-Lucrative Residence permit is for non-EU citizens who wish to live in Spain without engaging in any gainful professional or work activity, requiring sufficient financial means and private health insurance. It is initially granted for one year and can be renewed for two-year periods, provided you have physically resided in Spain for more than 183 days in the calendar year and continue to meet the financial and insurance requirements.
