3) Benefits for family members:
- Includes: Spouse/partner, minor children, financially dependent adult children, and dependent ascendants.
- Requirements: Proof of kinship (apostilled certificates).

4) Application process:
- From outside Spain: Request an appointment at the corresponding Spanish consulate. Submit Application Form plus complete documentation. Deadline 10 business days.
- From within Spain:
Request authorization from the Large Business Unit. Deadline: 20 business days.
5) Tax benefits and rights:
- Taxes: Fixed rate of 24% for incomes ≤ €600,000/year.
- Renewable residency: 1 initial year + up to 5 total years.
- Access to services:
Opening bank accounts.
Free public education for children.
6) Important restrictions:
- Working for Spanish companies is prohibited (employees).
- The foreign company must have a Social Security agreement with Spain (employees).
